A fast-growing telecom advisory start-up sought our expertise to define a robust sales strategy and implement a cloud-based CRM system. As they gained traction and expanded their client base, they encountered operational challenges related to managing their sales pipeline and scaling customer relationships. With an increasing volume of leads and ongoing client projects, their existing processes—mostly manual and scattered across different tools—were not sustainable. They needed a well-defined sales strategy and a cloud-based CRM system to manage leads, track client interactions, and streamline their sales operations.

  • Zoho CRM Implementation: Based on their needs, we selected Zoho CRM and implemented essential modules such as Leads, Accounts, Contacts, and Deals. This setup streamlined their sales operations, giving them an organized view of their sales funnel and helping them track progress more effectively.

  • Data Analysis & Migration: A significant part of the project involved collating over 5,000 leads from various Excel sheets. We cleaned, analyzed, and properly structured the data before migrating it into the Zoho CRM Leads module. This ensured data integrity and allowed Televisorni.com to immediately begin managing leads through the CRM without disruptions.

  • Zoho Integrations: We also integrated Zoho CRM with other Zoho ecosystem tools such as Zoho Projects, Zoho SalesIQ, and Zoho Campaigns, further automating and streamlining their sales and customer engagement processes.
