Go-to-market (GTM) Strategy for European Fashion Technology Company
A European fashion tech company set out to expand its designer clothing business by launching digital prints and printed fabrics. To support this growth, we crafted a comprehensive go-to-market strategy that included detailed research on industry trends, market demands, and competitor analysis. Our team then designed a unique e-commerce platform, tailored to elevate the client’s online presence and provide a competitive advantage in this evolving market.
We understood the client's perspective
Over the last 5+ years, a European Fashion Technology Company with a sales revenue of €12 million has provided clothes that is more environmentally friendly, more rapidly, with premium quality, and nearly 10 times more efficient and elegant ready-to-wear designs clothes in the apparel sector. The client was already retailing apparel through an e-commerce platform and had another platform integrated with their manufacturer for producing these garments. This established a comprehensive ecosystem, from manufacturing to online sales. To expand their business, they identified a logical next step: offering digitally printed fabrics and digital prints as new, separate product lines. They sought a consulting partner to help them strategize this.
We provided the solution
-
We integrated digital prints and printed fabrics as part of the solution. We started by creating a go-to-market (GTM) strategy focused on this integration.
-
For competitor analysis, we examined pricing models, user experiences, delivery methods, and payment models.
-
Specifically, we analysed the exact workflow of our solution to integrate both digital prints and printed fabrics effectively. We conducted competitor analysis for companies that exclusively sell digital prints and those that sell only digitally printed fabrics.
-
Additionally, we looked into various delivery methods and payment models used by competitors.
-
We carried out primary research by interviewing business stakeholders to gauge their thoughts and understand their preferences regarding different aspects of the product. Based on this analysis, we created detailed use cases and process flows.
-
Finally, we designed an e-commerce solution using Figma, which included developing UI designs, wireframes, and mock-ups.
-
We presented the deliverables to the stakeholders and incorporated their feedback accordingly.
